The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 362.72 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 354.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.89 per cent at Rs 2,535.19 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,306.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.40 per cent to Rs 1,999.48 crore from Rs 1,827.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 54.99 per cent at Rs 29.40 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 65.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.93 per cent to Rs 557.24 crore as against Rs 502.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 4.49 per cent y-o-y to Rs 55.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2.30 per cent at Rs 121.55 crore (Jun'25 Rs 124.41 crore).
