Subex has secured a new-logo engagement with a major European open-access fibre operator, strengthening its presence in the region. Under the three-year agreement, Subex will deploy its Partner Ecosystem Management solution as a fully hosted and managed service.

The engagement will include end-to-end operations, professional services and ongoing support, enabling the operator to manage complex settlement processes without maintaining in-house systems. The solution will also help manage its growing wholesale partner ecosystem while improving operational efficiency, scalability and accuracy.

The win further strengthens Subex's position in European wholesale markets and its track record of supporting telecom operators in managing complex partner ecosystems.
