The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.64 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 8.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.33 per cent at Rs 91.33 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 95.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.55 per cent to Rs 77.54 crore from Rs 86.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.77 per cent at Rs 1.53 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 57.24 per cent to Rs 13.79 crore as against Rs 8.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 64.31 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 49.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 206.35 per cent at Rs 2.68 crore (Jun'25 Rs -2.52 crore).
