Aar Shyam India Inv. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Statutory Auditors

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-clause (7A) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI\r\n(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR'), we\r\nhereby inform you that M/s. Garg Agrawal & Agrawal, Chartered Accountants (Firm\r\nRegistration No. 016137N), have resigned from their position as the Statutory Auditors of the\r\nCompany with effect from today, i.e., 21st August 2026.\r\nIn terms of the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July\r\n11, 2023 (as amended/updated from time to time), the detailed disclosures received from the\r\nAuditor are enclosed herewith.\r\nThe copy of the resignation letter dated 21st August 2026 received from the Statutory Auditors,\r\ncontaining the detailed reasons for their resignation, is enclosed as Annexure I.\r\nFurther, the information required to be obtained from the statutory auditor upon resignation, in\r\npursuance of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019, is\r\nenclosed as Annexure II.
