The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 54.06 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 144.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.27 per cent at Rs 740.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,062.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.09 per cent to Rs 661.03 crore from Rs 870.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 27.38 per cent at Rs 25.43 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 35.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 58.38 per cent to Rs 79.74 crore as against Rs 191.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.27 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 69.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 61.49 per cent at Rs 19.40 crore (Jun'25 Rs 50.38 crore).
