Yarn Syndicate posts Q1 net loss of Rs 4.32 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 4.32 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.99 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 93.58 per cent at Rs 1.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 75.03 per cent to Rs 5.89 crore from Rs 23.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 418.52 per cent to Rs -4.30 crore as against Rs 1.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5059.41 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 89.74 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.39 crore).
