Deepak Spinners posts Q1 net profit of Rs 3.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 3.09 crore compared to net loss of Rs 3.61 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.41 per cent at Rs 136.82 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 138.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.09 per cent to Rs 130.51 crore from Rs 138.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 342.37 per cent at Rs 2.61 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3255.00 per cent to Rs 6.31 crore as against Rs -0.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3392.86 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 35.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.63 crore, while Taxation increased by 187.60 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore (Jun'25 Rs -1.21 crore).
