Carraro India Q1 net profit up 7.51% at Rs 30.65 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 30.65 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 28.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.42 per cent at Rs 540.17 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 489.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.48 per cent to Rs 497.84 crore from Rs 442.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 99.86 per cent at Rs 14.03 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 7.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.13 per cent to Rs 42.32 crore as against Rs 46.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.65 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 16.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.05 per cent at Rs 10.39 crore (Jun'25 Rs 9.11 crore).
