The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.74 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 51.17 per cent at Rs 204.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 135.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.35 per cent to Rs 195.89 crore from Rs 127.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 63.31 per cent at Rs 2.27 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.39 per cent to Rs 11.04 crore as against Rs 9.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.32 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.18 per cent at Rs 2.28 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.65 crore).
