The Board of Director's of the company, in its meeting held on 22nd August, 2026, has approved making an application with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai-II in e-Form GNL-1, under the third proviso to section 96(1) of the Companies act, 2013, seeking extension of time by a period of 45 days for holding the 5th Annual General Meeting of the company for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
