Divyashakti Q1 net profit down 77.89% at Rs 0.21 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 77.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 46.25 per cent at Rs 7.96 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 44.28 per cent to Rs 7.35 crore from Rs 13.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 11.11 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 62.96 per cent to Rs 0.60 crore as against Rs 1.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.68 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 109.52 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.21 crore).
