The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 71.31 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 51.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.44 per cent at Rs 534.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 375.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.19 per cent to Rs 398.39 crore from Rs 280.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 83.13 per cent at Rs 2.93 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.60 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 43.16 per cent to Rs 136.19 crore as against Rs 95.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.51 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 89.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.87 crore, while Taxation increased by 56.24 per cent at Rs 24.92 crore (Jun'25 Rs 15.95 crore).
