The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.16 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.55 per cent at Rs 69.57 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.48 per cent to Rs 65.82 crore from Rs 58.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.35 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.63 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.94 per cent to Rs 3.75 crore as against Rs 4.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.16 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 24.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore
