The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 27.39 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1465.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.28 per cent at Rs 238.26 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 216.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.14 per cent to Rs 199.23 crore from Rs 210.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.13 per cent at Rs 3.07 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.69 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 548.34 per cent to Rs 39.03 crore as against Rs 6.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 487.10 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 31.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 1330.77 per cent at Rs 9.30 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.65 crore).
