Bajel Projects Q1 net profit up 37.05% at Rs 4.55 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.11 per cent at Rs 558.63 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 601.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.23 per cent to Rs 548.34 crore from Rs 591.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 39.50 per cent at Rs 5.07 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 8.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.02 per cent to Rs 18.54 crore as against Rs 16.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.73 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 25.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.78 crore, while Taxation increased by 106.19 per cent at Rs 2.33 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.13 crore).
