The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 29.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.43 per cent at Rs 239.61 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 198.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.48 per cent to Rs 202.29 crore from Rs 172.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 27.16 per cent at Rs 19.57 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 15.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.37 per cent to Rs 37.31 crore as against Rs 26.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.68 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 39.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 37.70 per cent at Rs 13.99 crore (Jun'25 Rs 10.16 crore).
