The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 20.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 34.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.61 per cent at Rs 715.77 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 901.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.08 per cent to Rs 630.96 crore from Rs 842.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.20 per cent at Rs 1.68 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.97 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 42.78 per cent to Rs 84.81 crore as against Rs 59.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 79.82 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 33.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 41.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 32.02 per cent at Rs 9.69 crore (Jun'25 Rs 7.34 crore).
