The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 15.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 61.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.35 per cent at Rs 257.92 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 191.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.39 per cent to Rs 218.51 crore from Rs 165.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.91 per cent at Rs 3.32 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.29 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 46.34 per cent to Rs 39.41 crore as against Rs 26.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.91 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 26.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.95 crore, while Taxation increased by 64.01 per cent at Rs 8.84 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.39 crore).
