BLS Intl. Serv. Q1 net profit zooms 5917.33% at Rs 45.13 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 45.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5917.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 55.39 per cent at Rs 69.10 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 44.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.16 per cent to Rs 60.19 crore from Rs 39.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4136.00 per cent at Rs 63.54 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.50 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 72.34 per cent to Rs 8.91 crore as against Rs 5.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.02 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 74.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 7600.00 per cent at Rs 15.40 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.20 crore).
