The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 202.80 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 194.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.64 per cent at Rs 4,041.44 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,349.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.64 per cent to Rs 3,634.05 crore from Rs 2,963.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.13 per cent at Rs 15.91 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 13.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.36 per cent to Rs 407.39 crore as against Rs 386.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.65 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 3.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.73 per cent at Rs 69.50 crore (Jun'25 Rs 67.00 crore).
