Proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of 23,90,000 Equity Warrants having face value ?10 each ('Warrants') aggregating up to ?2,39,00,000/- on a preferential basis ('Preferential Issue'), to Promoter and Non-promoter/Public Category of the company in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended ('SEBI ICDR Regulations') and other applicable laws, at such price as will be determined in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations and other applicable regulation, if any, and subject to the approval of regulatory/statutory authorities, as applicable, and the approval of shareholders of the Company.
