Jain Irrigation posts Q1 net loss of Rs 13.94 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 13.94 crore compared to net profit of Rs 7.06 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.92 per cent at Rs 699.32 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 919.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.71 per cent to Rs 615.02 crore from Rs 795.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 304.63 per cent at Rs 11.37 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.81 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.68 per cent to Rs 84.30 crore as against Rs 123.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.21 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 5.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 69.75 crore, while Taxation decreased by 201.75 per cent at Rs -3.49 crore (Jun'25 Rs 3.43 crore).
