Balrampur Chini - Allotment of Securities

Balrampur Chini Mills Limited has informed that the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the allotment of 1,30,382 equity shares of Re 1/- each of the Company, fully paid up, at their meeting held today, i.e., 24th August, 2026, to the employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of Employees Stock Appreciation Rights, as per BCML Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2023 .
