TGV SRAAC Q1 net profit up 17.21% at Rs 45.42 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 45.42 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 38.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.62 per cent at Rs 543.08 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 490.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.82 per cent to Rs 443.25 crore from Rs 396.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.47 per cent at Rs 3.50 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.76 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.60 per cent to Rs 99.83 crore as against Rs 94.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.57 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 19.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.23 per cent at Rs 16.71 crore (Jun'25 Rs 13.56 crore).
