Vardhman Acrylics has declared 15% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Vardhman Acrylics Ltd. on Saturday, 02 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 15 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 28 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 28 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2025), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 September 2024), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 September 2023), 250% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 October 2021) and 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 18 September 2019).
