The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 233.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 62.94 per cent at Rs 9.76 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 60.52 per cent to Rs 9.31 crore from Rs 5.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 125.00 per cent to Rs 0.45 crore as against Rs 0.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.24 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 220.00 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.05 crore).
