The 6th Meeting of the CoC of Telephone Cables Limited was convened on 2nd June 2026 at 4:30 P.M. at SCO 818, Ist Floor, NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, with the facility to participate through video conferencing. The Committee took note of the actions undertaken by the Resolution Professional, inclusing the status of claims, Information Memorandum, Valuation Process and provisional list of Prospective Resolution Applicants. The CoC deliberated on the requirement of interim finance for meeting, CIRP expenses and other ongoing CIRP developments. Further, the committee considered various resolutions relating to the appointment of a defective agency, transaction auditor, statutory auditor, legal counsel, VDR service provider, ratification of deployment of additional security personnel, and reimbursement of CIRP expenses incurred by the Resolution Professional and other matters discussion with the permission of chair.
