The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.71 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.37 per cent at Rs 23.08 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 41.84 per cent to Rs 16.95 crore from Rs 11.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 42.22 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.00 per cent to Rs 6.12 crore as against Rs 5.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.30 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 300.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 25.76 per cent at Rs 1.66 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.32 crore).
