The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.88 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.28 per cent at Rs 26.57 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 40.04 per cent to Rs 21.89 crore from Rs 36.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 594.12 per cent at Rs 2.36 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.34 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 35.45 per cent to Rs 4.68 crore as against Rs 7.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 25.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.97 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.04 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.35 crore).
