This is in continuation to our earlier communications dated 12.08.2026 and 18.08.2026 regarding holding of 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Company on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 at 2:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM').\r\n\r\nPursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 34 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Notice of 52nd AGM and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26.\r\n\r\nThe Annual Report 2025-26 along with AGM Notice is also available on the website of the Company at www.nationalfertilizers.com.\r\n
