PI Industries Q1 net profit down 26.45% at Rs 341.50 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 341.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 464.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.62 per cent at Rs 1,598.90 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,769.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.63 per cent to Rs 1,140.10 crore from Rs 1,195.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 24.00 per cent at Rs 60.80 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 80.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.03 per cent to Rs 458.80 crore as against Rs 573.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.53 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 43.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 18.52 per cent at Rs 95.50 crore (Jun'25 Rs 117.20 crore).
