The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 48.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.28 per cent at Rs 180.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 154.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.83 per cent to Rs 158.45 crore from Rs 135.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 23.53 per cent at Rs 2.52 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.71 per cent to Rs 22.38 crore as against Rs 18.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.91 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.47 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.11 per cent at Rs 4.47 crore (Jun'25 Rs 4.52 crore).
