Subex has secured a three-year engagement with a leading African mobile operator to deploy its HyperSense Fraud Management solution across mobile network and mobile money operations.

The operator, which is part of a major global telecommunications group and has a sizeable mobile money business, will use the AI-powered platform to identify emerging fraud patterns and support faster and more effective investigations.

Subex said its telecom expertise, experience in African markets and AI-driven fraud management capabilities were key factors behind the selection.

The contract expands Subex’s fraud management presence in Africa and strengthens its position in the growing intersection of telecom services and mobile financial solutions.
