The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.46 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.83 per cent at Rs 60.33 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.09 per cent to Rs 56.59 crore from Rs 41.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.57 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.32 per cent to Rs 3.74 crore as against Rs 3.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.28 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.71 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.24 crore).
