TD Power Systems Q1 net profit jumps 80.58% at Rs 86.46 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 86.46 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 47.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 80.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 75.39 per cent at Rs 627.84 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 357.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 72.75 per cent to Rs 506.42 crore from Rs 293.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 48.70 per cent at Rs 2.37 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.62 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 87.35 per cent to Rs 121.42 crore as against Rs 64.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.85 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 54.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 84.82 per cent at Rs 30.20 crore (Jun'25 Rs 16.34 crore).
