IFCI Q1 net profit up 17.07% at Rs 8.64 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.64 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 34.00 per cent at Rs 102.64 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 155.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 122.78 per cent to Rs -9.63 crore from Rs 42.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.22 per cent at Rs 22.76 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 25.35 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.86 per cent to Rs 112.27 crore as against Rs 113.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 50.21 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 103.61 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.85 per cent at Rs 16.72 crore (Jun'25 Rs 22.55 crore).
