The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.61 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 41.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.97 per cent at Rs 13.75 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.03 per cent to Rs 12.11 crore from Rs 15.94 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 14.14 per cent to Rs 1.64 crore as against Rs 1.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.89 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 27.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.97 crore
