The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 157.90 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 57.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 174.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.39 per cent at Rs 499.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 371.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.47 per cent to Rs 257.64 crore from Rs 258.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 480.77 per cent at Rs 112.03 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 19.29 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 114.44 per cent to Rs 241.63 crore as against Rs 112.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 59.58 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 640.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 51.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 143.78 per cent at Rs 53.29 crore (Jun'25 Rs 21.86 crore).
