SEPC posts Q1 net loss of Rs 18.17 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 18.17 crore compared to net profit of Rs 6.86 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 50.37 per cent at Rs 118.85 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 79.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 79.69 per cent to Rs 108.71 crore from Rs 60.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 471.05 per cent at Rs 8.68 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.52 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 45.36 per cent to Rs 10.13 crore as against Rs 18.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 63.64 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 20.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 868.80 per cent at Rs 24.22 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.50 crore).
