Patel Retail Q1 net profit up 37.57% at Rs 9.52 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 69.66 per cent at Rs 309.54 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 182.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 73.66 per cent to Rs 290.55 crore from Rs 167.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.41 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.28 per cent to Rs 18.98 crore as against Rs 15.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.14 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 34.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.43 per cent at Rs 3.30 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.35 crore).
