The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 134.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.59 per cent at Rs 19.40 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.14 per cent to Rs 19.94 crore from Rs 18.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 11.56 per cent at Rs 4.15 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 66.87 per cent to Rs -0.54 crore as against Rs -1.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 71.82 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 41.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.24 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.18 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.33 crore).
