Black Box posts Q1 net loss of Rs 2.40 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 2.40 crore compared to net profit of Rs 1.16 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.83 per cent at Rs 96.38 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 75.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.77 per cent to Rs 100.16 crore from Rs 73.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 110.67 per cent at Rs 3.75 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.78 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 270.27 per cent to Rs -3.78 crore as against Rs 2.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 234.25 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 57.55 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 400.00 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.02 crore).
