IndiGrid Infra. Q4 net profit jumps 59.14% at Rs 385.84 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 385.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 242.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 59.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.56 per cent at Rs 812.15 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 690.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 60.68 per cent to Rs 43.74 crore from Rs 111.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 19.76 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.58 per cent to Rs 768.41 crore as against Rs 579.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.77 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 16.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 396.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 265.47 per cent at Rs 4.60 crore (Mar'25 Rs -2.78 crore).
