The Western India Q1 net profit down 49.02% at Rs 0.26 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.02 per cent at Rs 26.51 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.29 per cent to Rs 26.15 crore from Rs 27.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 477.78 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 70.25 per cent to Rs 0.36 crore as against Rs 1.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 67.62 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 38.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 47.37 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.19 crore).
