Raksha Rajya Mantri Sanjay Seth will inaugurate the second Annual Trident Lecture of the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS) at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi, on September 1, 2026.
Seth will deliver a special address on “Leveraging the Potential of Next Generation for Nation Building” as part of CENJOWS' anniversary celebrations.
The event, themed “National Resurgence through the Lens of Defence Forces,” will feature a keynote address by Air Marshal Tejinder Singh, Chief of Integrated Defence Staff to Chairman Chiefs of Staff Committee and Chairman, CENJOWS, on “Emerging Contours of Jointness and Integration.”
Special addresses will also be delivered by Lt Gen Raj Shukla (Retd) on civil-military fusion and national growth, and Lt Gen Sandeep Jain, Vice Chief of the Army Staff, on multi-domain operations and jointness.
The lecture will bring together senior defence leadership and experts to discuss jointness and integration, multi-domain operations, civil-military fusion and the role of the Armed Forces in nation building.
Established in 2007 under the aegis of Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, CENJOWS is a tri-services think tank focused on research and informed debate on joint warfare, national security and the employment of national power.
