Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Susheel Navanale, Chief Information Officer of the Company will retire from the services of the Company with effect from close of business on 30th September, 2026.\r\n\r\nIn this regard, the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, vide their Circular Resolution passed today i.e., 31st August, 2026, at 10:35 P.M. IST, have approved the appointment of Mr. Rejin Surendran as the Chief Digital and Information Officer (Designate) of the Company with effect from 1st September, 2026. Mr. Rejin shall assume the office of Chief Digital and Information Officer of the Company with effect from 1st October, 2026.
