With reference to the outcome of board Meeting dated 1st september 2026, submitted to the stock exchange, the company hereby clarifies that the proposed appointment of M/s KTM & Co. Chartered Accountants, FRN 141449W, shall not be preceeded with and shall not be placed before the shareholders for approval at the ensuing Annual general meeting. Hence, the aforesaid disclosure related with appointment of KTM & Co. shall be treated as withdrawn..\r\nThe existing auditor shall continue to hold office in accordance with thier existing terms of appointment.\r\nAll other content of the Outcome of the Board Meeting dated 1st september 2026 remains unchanged
