(IST) at Udyam Hall, Udyog Bhawan, Civil Lines, Nagpur - 440 001 (Maharashtra) to transact the businesses as set out in the Notice of AGM dated August 10, 2026. The Annual Report of FY 2025- 26 and the Notice convening 65th AGM and other documents required to be attached thereto, has been sent through electronic mode to all the Members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company / Company''s Registrar & Share Transfer Agent and the Depository Participant(s). The Company has also sent letters to those shareholders who haven't registered their email addresses, providing a direct web link to access the Annual Report 2025-26.
