Ather Energy - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited have vide circular resolution passed on September 01, 2026, alloted 4,84,551 equity shares of face value INR 1/- each to eligible ESOP holders who have exercised their stock options under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 plan. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
