This is to inform you that Board of Directors of Retina Paints Limited at their meeting held on 05th September, 2026 has approved notice of 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company and further advised that the 16th Annual General Meeting will be held on 30.09.2026 at 12:30 PM (IST). The Meeting will be held through Video conferencing (VC)/ other audio visual means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
